This country has a problem. The problem is called drugs. Many people including truckers are hooked on drugs. This does not stop them from driving dangerous tractor-trailers down the road. Down the road and next to your family. How do we fix this problem?

The clear house house is a program enacted by the government to get bad truckers off the road. it has identified over 60,000 truck drivers that have failed a drug screen, since its start 3 years ago.
