The DMV is behind uploading your violations

In many states, the DMV Department of Motor Vehicles is lagging when it comes to uploading driver infractions to the states data base. In some cases a driver that has received a major violation, has not been detected by a company inquiry of said drivers MVR. This may result in a driver being hired by a trucking company that is unaware of a drivers that record that in a normal case, would not hire that driver. If a carrier hires a driver that say, has received a recent DWI in a commercial vehicle based on the motor vehicle report showing a clean record, it could result in major lawsuits, if that driver gets into an accident while driving a company vehicle. This is the danger of a state not uploading all infractions into their data base.
