2008 was a bad year in trucking But
If you remember 2008, you can recall how truckers were not working. When truck drivers are willing to run New York City, you know times are tough. This was the case back in 2008. We all thought it couldn’t get worse than that year. Flash forward to 2025 and we have been in a freight recession for 3 years now. Covid struck in 2019 and it would set off the worse times in trucking we have ever seen.
Trucking companies are going out of business left and right. Truck drivers once again are having a hard time finding work. When will it end?
