Me No Speak English. Right now at this very moment, DOT are gearing up to test these they suspect of English ignorance. That’s right, truckers that can not speak a lick of English, beware. The test consists of two things. An interview and demonstrating you can read and speak the English language.
If I came to your country and could not speak your native language. How far would I get? Would I get a job? Would I get a pass? The answer is heck no. So don’t act all crazy if the United States does the same. If you’re insulted, then keep reminding yourself what would happen to me in the same circumstances. This way you will understand.
