CDLLife is running an article about Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederos, a truck driver that is facing allot of prison time when he is sentenced. This week on TalkCDL Trucking Podcast, Ruthann and Troy talked about everything from the all battery Freight Liner fleet to a semi truck that was stuck on a Railroad track. Ultimately the semi truck lost. Some how the video was not clear whether the trucker was already stuck before the lights went off on the crossing guard or if he tried to beat the lights. Either way, a car-hauler is built low and one must be always watching for obstacles that the bottom can be hung up on. The video was brutal and can be found here.

Winter is almost upon us and that means snow and ice covered roads. TalkCDL wants every driver to remember that you are the captain of the ship.
