Trucking Company Laws

Trucker Gun Laws sometimes can be ignored when it comes to companies making up their own rules. Many trucking companies have a no gun rule but there is a law called the Work Place Protection Law or the Parking Lot Protection Law.

Trucker Gun Laws

Check with your company before carrying a gun in your semi truck. Show them a copy of the law and maybe they will allow you to carry. Truckers are bound to protect and monitor their semi truck when away from home. This goes even when they are off duty or sleeping unpaid. Truckers for many years have been told they can not carry a weapon for protection. Know your rights.
