Ice Pick Bandit Is Getting Brazen

Ice Pick Bandit Is Getting Brazen. This last victim marks the 15th semi truck with flat tires. Thats right, the ice pick bandit is back. Seems Georgia is his favorite place to attack. Once again, an unaware trucker had his tires destroyed while sleeping on an off ramp on Interstate 75 in Georgia.
