Stop Pleading Guilty To Traffic Violations

Stop Pleading Guilty To Traffic Violations. Why do truckers and the general public keep agreeing with the police? When you get a ticket, you are still innocent till proven guilty in the USA! So why do you just pay the ticket and go about your business?

I’ll tell you why. Because it is convenient to just get it over with. Plus you feel you can’t win in court. Especially against an officer of the law, right? Wrong! Did you know that, in the long run you suffer more when you plead guilty? Did you know that certain tickets can cost you a great job in the future? So why are you just giving up so easy?

Look, the easy way is to just send the state money and admit to your guilt and the hard way is to fight it. Time is money right? You can’t see yourself pleading not guilty and then showing up in court to fight, can you? Then you have to hire a Lawer and pay him also, right? SO what if you do lose? At least you gave yourself a fighting chance, right?

Have you ever heard of, throwing yourself on the mercy of the court? In most cases, even if you lose, a judge will reduce the violation for you. If you receive the following tickets, Speeding 15mph or more above the speed limit, Following to close, Improper or unsafe lane change, Using a hand held device, reckless or careless or any other major ticket driving, you should fight them all the way.
