Trucking Jobs Are Looking Grim. Don’t quit your day job because it’s not ;looking good in the trucking industry. This time last year there was hundreds of jobs in each city daily, now the average posting is 10 to 40 jobs per city per day.

If you have a job that is providing you with freight to haul, stay there until the economy bounces back. As Troy said, it’s all about survival right now and the carrier that has contracts or creates their own freight, is a winner.

Trucker In Maryland arrested when Cops Found Body

A truck driver was arrested after a small chase at a Cosco Distribution center this past weekend. An anonymous called reported a trucker that appeared to be under the influence. When police arrived to the distribution center the trucker became defensive and took off in his semi truck. He did not get very far being the police had put stop sticks down and the trucker ran them over, flattening his tires.
