This week in Trucking-News a hero comes to the rescue of a trucker in Kentucky. A Trucker from Michigan is arrest with his fiancee’s dead body in his truck. Ca truck drivers at the port are also making the news and Troy and Ruthann are just having fun on this weeks episode of “Trucking-News with Ruthann”

In the news a Michigan man was charged with a felony after his fiancee’s dead body was found in his truck.

Jennifer Jadrich was discovered dead in the cab of a truck that belonged to her reported fiancee, Charles Lockhart, at the Duncan Y location near Marlow, according to a report from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).

On Aug. 25, Lockhart, a long-distance truck driver, and Jadrich reportedly began traveling out of Michigan. Lockhart had deliveries in Little Rock, Arkansas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman and Duncan.

OSBI Investigator Robert Williams reported that Lockhart told two stories to authorities. Tune in and find out the rest of the story!

Also a Fort Knox soldier being hailed as a hero for pulling a truck driver from a burning vehicle has been identified.

Initially reported by WKYT-TV, the story praised an anonymous man who saved the driver’s life Mother’s Day weekend. The truck, which was carrying 8,000 gallons of gasoline, had burst into flames after colliding with a car in Rockcastle County at the intersection of Ky. 150 and Ky. 70.

Sgt. 1st Class Mario King, who is assigned to U.S. Army Human Re­sources Command, crawled into the cab and pulled the trapped driver from the burning vehicle. Please tune in for the rest of the story!
