Trucking News. Truckers came to the rescue when a suicidal man wanted to jump from a bridge in Orlando FL. A tractor trailer overturned in CA killing several turkeys.
Trucking News – A photo posted on social media by the Florida Highway Patrol shows trucks lined up under an overpass in Orlando, Florida Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 28, in an effort to protect a man who was threatening to jump.
You may recall, there was a similar incident in Detroit back in April — when more than a dozen semis lined up under an overpass when a suicidal man threatened to jump, Michigan State Police said. They stayed for three hours until authorities got the man down.

Also in Trucking News. A Foster Farms tractor-trailer overturned early Tuesday on the outskirts of Merced, killing and injuring numerous turkeys and causing minor injuries to the driver in a hit-and-run crash, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash was reported around 5:40 a.m. on northbound Highway 99 south of Mission Boulevard.

A 58-year-old registered sex offender has been arrested for allegedly trying to coerce a young boy into a sexual situation.
The young boy escaped from the trucker at a Bellevue truck stop. Deputies with the Sheriff’s Office say Brian Wickersham, who’s a truck driver, was on a traveling with the young boy.
Along the road trip, the teen says he experienced three different instances where the 58-year-old man touched him sexual way. The young boy says when they arrived at a truck stop, Wickersham asked for a sexual favor.
